Camp notes

Our holiday camps are open to children of all abilities, and we aim to create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment for everyone.

Children should arrive in suitable sportswear and trainers (weather-appropriate clothing recommended, including layers for cooler days).

Please bring:

A packed lunch (strictly no nuts)

A refillable water bottle

Snacks for breaks

Any required medication (clearly labelled with the child’s name and instructions)

Sunscreen should be applied before arrival, and a hat is recommended in warm weather.

Please ensure all belongings are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

Children should be dropped off and collected promptly at the scheduled times. If someone different is collecting your child, please inform staff in advance.

If your child is unwell or unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible using the camp contact number.

For safety reasons, we recommend children do not bring valuables (including jewellery or electronic devices) to camp.
